In order to contribute to the stabilization of the MENA region and the Sub-Saharan Africa, NATO has fully embraced a 360° approach and elaborated a comprehensive strategy for the south. In this framework, the Alliance established the Strategic Direction-South Hub with the goal of coordinating NATO’s activities across the region and enhancing the relationship with local partners.

The event aims to be a moment of discussion between distinguished members of the military, political and academic world on the Alliance’s commitment towards the south and the role and activities of the NATO South Hub.
