Alexandru Fordea is an Analyst and Head of the Geoeconomics Desk at Ce.S.I. He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Analysis of International Institutions from Sapienza University of Rome, following a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Trento, with a focus on International Politics and Organizations.
He has contributed to and led several studies for the Italian Parliament’s Observatory on International Politics, including the study “China, the United States and Europe in the New Era of Global Trade War”. He has also contributed to the drafting of policy papers in the energy sector, with a particular focus on the geoeconomic implications of transformations in global markets and strategic supply chains.
He is the author of articles for Rivista Marittima and a commentator on international affairs for Giornale Radio, LaPresse and StartMagazine, Il Sussidiario.net and Urania TV, where he provides analysis of the main geopolitical, economic, and technological developments shaping the global economy and competition among major powers, particularly in the critical raw materials sector.
